With the aim of strengthening our team, we are looking for a:

Vehicle Cost Engineering – Post Program Approval Responsible

 

 

Activities

- Release of Buy costs for all new developments after Program Approval and Serial Life through Changes and Interventions of Product, Quality, Regulation, VO.

- Control of Buy costs through monitor, forecast, identification of countermeasures and escalation to guarantee respect of values committed in Program Approval.

- Management of Change Approval and reporting.

- Release of DMC and Buy Tooling of the vehicle/PWT for evaluation of Changes and Interventions for vehicle competitiveness, relying on System Cost Engineering structure for Cost analysis and Target calculation.

- Monitor and predict Buy expenses to guarantee respect of PA committed values on the various vehicle versions and options; in case of possible future deviations he defines proper countermeasures in areas of process, Make/Buy, materials, technical solution, balances among systems, budget.

- Responsibility of Change Management process in organization, conduction and reporting of Approval Meeting, guaranteeing workflow operation and timing.

- Master Technical Degree (Engineer or similar).

- At least 5 years’ experience in automotive field.

- Knowledge of product development and finance processes.

- Strong attitude in team working.

- High sensitivity to industrial costs.

- Good knowledge of English and Italian language.
