With the aim of strengthening our team, we are looking for a:

 

Junior Project Manager – Automotive

 

The candidate will be responsible for the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.

 

Activities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop a project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope,

• Measure project performance
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Track project performance

• Use and continually develop leadership skills

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronic, Informatics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation or equivalent fields.

• Almost 1 year of experience in similar role

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Project
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
