Job Description

Werden Sie als Werkstudent Teil des Human Resources Teams von Airbus Helicopters am Standort Donauwörth.

Wir suchen Sie, wenn Sie Freude an internationalem und abwechslungsreichem Arbeiten haben.

Dabei unterstützen Sie sowohl die HR Business Partner als auch die Kollegen des Bereiches Social Policy and Industrial Relations und Compensation & Benefits.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören unter anderem:

·  Erstellung von Präsentationen und Vorlagen
·  Koordination von Meetings und deren Vorbereitung
·  Unterstützung des Teams bei Projekten
·  Übernahme von allgemeinen administrativen Aufgaben

Was Sie dafür mitbringen:

·  Laufendes Studium mit Bezug zum Personalbereich
·  Erste Erfahrung im Organisieren von Veranstaltungen von Vorteil
·  Kreativität, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
·  Kommunikationsstark, proaktiv, verantwortungsbewusst
·  Starke/r Teamplayer/in und Organisationstalent
·  Sehr gute Kenntnisse der gängigen MS Office Programmen (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
·  Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse wünschenswert
