STAGE 2021 – Développement de méthodologies de digitalisation de la production sur DELMIA (h/f)

Dans le cadre d'un cursus scolaire en formation initiale , vous recherchez un stage obligatoire ou intégré dans une année de césure , d'une durée allant de 4 à 6 mois maximum, vous permettant de valider votre année.

Une offre de stage en Développement de méthodologies de digitalisation de la production sur DELMIA (h/f) vient de s'ouvrir au sein d’Airbus Defence and Space sur notre site de Toulouse -Palays.

Ce stage est à pourvoir à partir de Janvier 2021.

Au sein du département DMU (Digital Mock Up) Procédés et implémentation, vous rejoindrez l’équipe  Digitalisation de la Production en charge de :

·  Maintenir et définir des méthodologies End to End sur 3DEXPERIENCE (principalement DELMIA Digital Manufacturing),
·  Assurer la cohérence des données entre les outils End to End (DELMIA DM, Windchill, SAP),
·  Fournir un support aux utilisateurs AIT (Assemblage, Intégration, Tests) sur les méthodes et outils DELMIA Digital Manufacturing

L’objectif de ce stage est de mettre en œuvre, d’adapter et d’industrialiser les méthodologies 3DEXPERIENCE (CATIA V6 and DELMIA Digital manufacturing) sur des projets de satellites tels que définis par le programme DDMS (Digital Design Manufacturing and Services).

Ce poste nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d’être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues.

·  Tâches et responsabilités :

Vous serez sous la responsabilité d’un manager qui vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous soutiendra dans le développement de vos compétences.

Vous serez à l’interface entre le Bureau d’études mécaniques, l’AIT (Assemblage, Intégration, Tests) et l’équipe Projet afin de mettre en œuvre et d’adapter les méthodologies de digitalisation de la production sur des satellites de télécommunication tels que définis par le programme DDMS (Digital Design Manufacturing and Services).

Dans ce contexte, vos principales activités seront les suivantes :

- Capitaliser les retours d’expérience des précédents programmes,

- Industrialiser des méthodologies de digitalisation de la production (sur CATIA V6 et DELMIA DM) pour des satellites de télécommunication,

- Mettre à jour et maintenir les méthodologies End to End

·  Profil recherché et Compétences requises :

Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau Bac +5, en Ingénierie Mécanique ou équivalent, avec une spécialisation en Architecture spatiale et/ou Digitalisation de la production et vous avez les compétences suivantes :

- Anglais : AVANCE

- Français : NEGOCIATION

- Une première expérience en ingénierie de production et digitalisation de la production.

- Un vif intérêt pour  l’architecture des satellites

- Connaissance et maitrise des outils 3DEXPERIENCE tels que CATIA V6 et DELMIA Digital Manufacturing et Windchill PDM system

·  Savoir-être :

- Rigoureux (se), curieux (se) et autonome

- Capacité d'intégration dans une équipe et souplesse d'adaptation

- Aptitude d’analyse et de synthèse

·  Vous développerez les compétences suivantes :

- Connaissances de l’architecture des satellites de télécommunication

- Développement et déploiement de procédés de digitalisation de la production et une connaissance avancée des outils 3DEXPERIENCE tels que CATIA V6 and DELMIA

- Connaissances en gestion de projet

INTERNSHIP 2021 – Development of Digital Manufacturing methodologies on DELMIA (m/f)

We are offering an internship in “Development of Digital Manufacturing methodologies on DELMIA (m/f)” at Airbus Defence and Space in Toulouse-Palays .

This internship is to be filled from January 2021.

Within DMU (Digital Mock Up) Process & Implementation department, you will join the Digital Manufacturing Engineering team which main activities are:

·  Maintain and define End to End methodologies in 3DEXPERIENCE (mainly DELMIA Digital Manufacturing),
·  Ensure data consistency between End to End tools (DELMIA DM, Windchill, SAP),
·  Provide an AIT (Assembly, Integration, Tests) user support on DELMIA Digital Manufacturing methodologies and tool.

The objective of the internship is to apply, adapt and industrialize 3DEXPERIENCE (CATIA V6 and DELMIA Digital manufacturing) digital methodologies on satellite project defined during DDMS program (Digital Design Manufacturing and Services).

This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.

·  Tasks and Responsibilities :

You will be working under the supervision of your manager who will help you identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

You will be in interface between Mechanical Design Office,  AIT (Assembly Integration, Tests) and project Team in order to apply and adapt digital methodologies on telecom satellites as defined during DDMS program (Digital Design Manufacturing and Services).

Your main activities will include:

·  Capitalize lessons learnt from past programs
·  Industrialize digital methodologies (on CATIA V6 and DELMIA Digital Manufacturing) on telecom satellites
·  Update and maintain End to End digital methodologies (CATIA V6 and DELMIA Digital manufacturing)

·  Required skills :

You are preparing a Master, in Mechanical engineering or equivalent, with specialisation in Spatial architecture and/or Digital manufacturing and you obtain following competences:

- English: ADVANCE

- French: NEGOTIATION

- Your first experience manufacturing engineering and digital manufacturing

- You are interested in Telecom satellite architecture

- You have a good knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE tools such as CATIA V6 and DELMIA Digital Manufacturing and Windchill PDM system

·  Soft skills:

- Rigorous, curious and autonomous

- Able to integrate into team and be a flexible team player

- Able to analyze and synthesize information

·  You will develop the following skills:

- Knowledge of telecom satellite architecture

- Digital Manufacturing development and deployment and advanced use of  3DEXPERIENCE tools such as CATIA V6 and DELMIA

- Project management skills
