A vacancy for a Recruitment Business Partner (m/f) has arisen within Airbus in Toulouse. You will join the Airbus Employment teams within our HR organization.

Airbus Employment teams are managing the resource needs of the group. We are partners to the business facilitating the staffing process. We are a multinational engaged team dealing with above 10.000 positions to be staffed per year and handle far more than 250.000 applicants every year.

As a Recruitment Business Partner (m/f) you will be in charge of delivering a high quality and value added “end to end” recruitment service for business functions located across several sites in France (Toulouse, Marignane, Paris, Nantes and Saint-Nazaire) mainly on emerging & critical competences. You will source and evaluate external candidates using innovative and creative channels. While leading the staffing process, you will provide active and timely communication to all stakeholders. Candidate experience will be at the centre of your approach providing candidates with an appropriate level of information at each step of their application.

Task & accountabilities :
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

o Lead the full end to end recruitment life cycle and deliver required hires by using various recruitment,
o Develop the sourcing strategy for each role and agree delivery timeframes with the hiring managers,
o Actively seek out fresh and original sourcing strategies to meet client demand using all channels ranging from internal databases and networking to social media platforms,
o Contribute actively to Airbus visibility and attractiveness by participating to forums, external events,
o Guarantee application of appropriate and professional selection methods,
o Understand the business by building and strengthening relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners,
o Deliver results against KPIs and team objectives,
o Keep your knowledge of relevant legislation up to date,
o Identify process improvements,
o Ensure timely and accurate management information, keeping systems updated,
o Work with colleagues across different locations.
o Based on your expertise & experience, provide advice & coaching to the community of recruiters
o Contribute actively to transversal projects towards continuous improvement & state-of-the-art recruitment practices

This role will involve frequent travel for business in our different sites in France and as such, you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills :
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

o Master Degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Business Management,
o At least 7 years of experience in recruitment including a successful and significant head hunting experience,
o Experience in recruiting complex profiles (digital, engineering...) in industrial, multi-sites and international environments,
o Good practice of end-end recruitment: analysis and job briefing, posting, selection and evaluation of candidates, advice and recommendations to your clients,
o Willing to travel,
o Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills,
o Problem solving attitude combined with an efficiency/ cost awareness mind-set,
o Diagnostics/ Psychometric background would be plus.
o The job requires running bilingual job interviews in English: Negotiation level in French and advanced in English.
