Job Description

A vacancy for a Recruitment Business Partner has arisen within Airbus in Getafe, Spain.

The successful applicant will join the Resource & Develop Operations in Spain department, a transnational organisation dedicated to select candidates for jobs in Airbus companies.

Your main mission will be to lead the selection process from understanding the customer needs up to the selection of the most suitable internal or external

candidate and be involved in other key activities (support Employment Marketing, assessment activities, improvement projects …)

Acting as Recruitment Business Partner your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Analyse, understand and challenge the Managers' needs, discussing requirements such as skills and qualifications required for a position and translate it

into appealing job advertisements.

- Advertise vacancies on appropriate job boards, both internal and external, career websites and other approved media.

- Apply appropriate selection methods using knowledge of best practices in recruitment and selection.

- Conduct internet research using internet search engines, sourcing for difficult positions externally via social networks (LinkedIn etc) to locate passive

candidates, proactively initiating referrals from employees, alumni, universities, personal networks and people databases.

- Evaluation and potential analysis of candidates (especially for complex profiles).

- Conduct initial telephone interviews with potential candidates.

- Deliver shortlists to managers.

- Conduct preselection and final selection face-to-face interviews.

- Liaise with Managers for final selection.

- Act in close co-operation with functional & divisional HR interfaces to run effective recruitment.

- Develop and maintain relationships with the functional customers in the divisions.

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

- Master Degree in Psychology.

- Experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing or in other Human Resources disciplines

- Ability to quickly grasp job skills, competencies and industry knowledge to translate into searching avenues to find candidates.

- Take-charge & hands-on mentality, committed, solution oriented, flexible and open-minded. Excellent communication skills.

- Ability to read a job requirements and think of creative ways to find people with similar skill sets.

- Excellent customer service and client interaction skills.

- Knowledge of interview techniques and experience in conducting job interviews would be really appreciated..

- English: Advanced level

- Any other language skills will be a plus
