Job Description

High Performance Computing in Cluster- / Cloud-Infrastrukturen und Big-Data Analytics

Die Abteilung „National Studies“ betreibt am Standort Friedrichshafen ein High Performance Computing (HPC) Cluster zur Datengenerierung und statistischen Auswertung von Simulationsläufen und für KI / Deep Learning Trainings (u.a. Reinforcement Learning). Hierfür kommt unter anderem eine dafür entwickelte HPC-Softwareumgebung zum Einsatz.

·  Bewertung und Testen von neuen Technologien im gesamten Workflow (z.B. Docker/Kubernetes, Microsoft HPC, HTCondor)
·  Weiterentwicklung der Weboberfläche und Backends zur Steuerung und Monitoring des HPC Systems
·  Ausbau der BigData Datenbank-Infrastruktur zur  Datenanalyse
·  Entwicklung von  webgestützten Datenanalysen (z.B. mit R-Shiny, Python)

Your tasks

·  Unterstützung bei den o.g. spannenden Themen
·  Die Arbeiten werden in einem agilen Projektteam geplant und durchgeführt
·  Selbständige Konzeption, Implementierung, Integration und Test der Softwarelösung.

    

Sie besitzen

·  Sie studieren derzeit in einem Bachelor-/ Masterstudiengang der Informatik o.ä.
·  Sie verfügen über: Gute Kenntnisse in C#, C++ |  Kenntnisse in WebEntwicklung (ASP.NET, JavaScript) von Vorteil  |  Datenbanken / DBMS  |  Windows Server Administration  |  Kenntnisse im Bereich Data Visualization / Data Analytics von Vorteil  |  Kenntnisse im Bereich Docker sind wünschenswert
·  Ein hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit, Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit
·  Ihre guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab
