Description of the job

A vacancy for a Propulsion System Procurement Controller (m/f) has arisen within Airbus (Commercial Aircraft) in Toulouse. .

You will be member of the Controlling Team for Propulsion System (engines and nacelles) procurement.

The team is composed of 2 persons and 1 Head Of and is organized by Program (Single Aisle, A350, A330, A380).

The team is co-located with Propulsion System commodity in Toulouse.

Tasks and responsibilities

You will be in charge of SA and A380 programs. On top, you will follow functions costs of the commodity.

You will be the Finance Business Partner for Propulsion Systems commodity and especially

·  you will give advices/support on new deals with suppliers. You will provide visibility on financial impacts (EBIT and cash) of the deal and will support buyer for business cases (profitability, return on investment calculation)
·  you will give advices on daily transactions (payments process, escalation management,...).

You will work in close relationships with Programs controlling teams and will provide engines and nacelles prices for Operational Plan/Forecast. On top, you will be also in charge of Propulsion system trade payables view and will support programs controlling on inventory.

On top, the cash dimension is a key one and you will contribute to cash forecast.

As a summary, this position offers the possibility

·  To work closely with operational business partners
·  On a topic with high financial exposure
·  And on a major A/C component with some manufacturing issues and some commercial ones
·  And to have a global picture on programs status

Required skills

You will have the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to a Master degree level in Finance or related discipline
·  At least 4 years of experience as Auditor
·  Strong financial background, including on balance sheet mechanism
·  Agility on Systems (SAP, Excel)
·  Communication skills
·  Synthetic mindset
·  Adaptability
·  Autonomy
·  Ability to evolve in a demanding environment
·  Language Skills: advanced level of English
