Job Description

An internship offer entitled “ Internship Industrial Strategy Project Management (m/f)” has just been opened in Airbus Helicopters on Marignane site.

You will join a team of 10 people in the department in charge of implementing the Industrial Strategy.

Your mission will consist in monitoring the DUMAG project (Delivery Unit Magyar, mechanical production plant in Hungary), with the implementation of indicators, budget monitoring, risk and opportunity monitoring, with weekly or monthly internal and external reporting on demand.

This internship will start in January 2020 (subject to flexibility) and will last for 6 months.

This position requires a security clearance or must be eligible for a clearance by recognized authorities.

Tasks and responsibilities:

You will contribute to the following main activities:

·   Project follow-up (planning, actions,...)
·   Implementation of indicators (Earn Value Management, Key Performance Indicator)
·   Creation of Reporting
·   Risk and Opportunity Monitoring

This internship will allow you to develop the following skills:

·   Project management at Airbus Helicopters
·   Knowledge of Airbus processes in all areas of expertise, particularly in the fields of mechanical machining, special processing and quality
·   Stakeholder management in a cross-functional project within the framework of a Joint Venture

Business trips may occur to meet German or Hungarian counterparts at the respective sites of Donauwoerth in Germany or DUMAG in Hungary, (1 to 2 for the duration of the internship) and therefore you should be willing to travel accordingly.

Prerequisites

You are currently preparing a diploma at Bac + 5 level (or equivalent) in the field of Industrial Management or General Engineering or a related discipline.

You have the following skills:

·  Notions of tooling design

·  Open-mindedness
·  Communication in the workplace
