Job Description

A VIE is sought for the Human Resources Digital Transformation team within Airbus in Herndon, USA. You will join the Human Resources department for 18 months.

You will support the North American Region head of Human Resources Digital Transformation on key priorities and objectives to include data integrity, HR reporting and analytics as well as process harmonization across the Region. You will also contribute to other specific projects.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Develop and implement methods to efficiently gather meaningful data for special analysis and projects
·  Support change management initiatives through the development of HR systems training materials and communication.
·  Work with vendors, European teammates on managing system releases and testing for HR Systems
·  Support in creating and execute project work plans (timeline definition, risk analysis, resource management, budget)

·  Recommend changes to improve data accuracy and homogenization of the reporting process across the North American region.
·  Create, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools.
·  Assist in development of standard dashboards for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
·  Interpret data to assist in planning and development of Human Resources management decisions
·   Participate in weekly meetings and track action items, follow-up for team objectives and priorities
·  Act as a role model for ethics & compliance

This role could involve some travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills

·  Master’s degree in Human Resources, Data science or a related discipline.
·  You are familiar with the Human Resources function
·  Strong digital mind set
·  A good handling of Workday, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, ADP
·  English: negotiation level
·  French: negotiation level
·  You are a good team player, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently.
