We are offering a fantastic opportunity to work with the team of HR Business Partners at the heart of Wing Manufacturing in the Broughton Plant which is located close to the historic city of Chester on the border of North Wales.  See the Beluga fly in and out of the Plant from your desk!

The internship lasts 12 months and offers you great exposure to a diverse HR role, and an opportunity to gain an understanding of our business.  Our HRBP team at Broughton works closely with the management teams to deliver HR business solutions and ensure HR policies and processes are effectively deployed across all areas of the Plant.

Tasks:

During this internship, the activities you may undertake will include;

·  You will have the opportunity to implement specific projects relating to future planning and development of the workforce.
·  This might include talent and succession planning; identification of development and training solutions; provision of business data to enable effective management decisions to be taken; organisation of internal recruitment, assessment and development forums; support to the team of HR business partners with employee performance and attendance management.
·  In addition to plenty of ad-hoc activities that arise in our dynamic business environment.

Please note our Internships are open to Undergraduates only. Therefore it is mandatory for candidates to be an undergraduate for the whole duration of the placement.

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following;

·  Ideally you will be studying Human Resources, Psychology or Business, with an emphasis on Human Resource
·  Management but most important is your passion for people and a willingness to get involved and use your initiative.
·  To enjoy team work

·  Good IT skills
·  To be precise and accurate
·  A willingness to work in a trans-national environment
