Description of the job :
In the frame of Sevilla Retrofit activities under PERAM 145 requirements, the jobholder will have the following mission:
- Deploy the actions needed to increase the number of PERAM 145 licenses in accordance with the workload evolution expected, reviewing the PERAM 66 requirements, evaluating the profiles, stablishing, agreeing and following up the development path to reach the authorities requirements and preparing and presenting the dossiers compiling all the evidences to the authorities with the mission of getting the licenses without incidences/limitations from authorities within the expected lead time.
- Assuring the coordination between the Sevilla Retrofit MRO center and DGAM in the frame of their quality assurance role as per GQAR, providing visibility about the main Retrofit activities scheduled per A/C and period, agreeing the visits to shop floor and surveillance to activities, coordinating those visits with the MRO center functions, supporting the visits, questions&answers management, Non conformities follow up, including coordination of the answers with the different stakeholders, evaluation and surveillance about robustness.

Required skills :
As the successful candidate, you will need:

¤ Engineering Degree or equivalent
¤ At least 3 years of experience in Quality
¤ Experience in team leading would be desired
¤ Knowledge of Retrofit MRO will be appreciated
¤ Analytical thinker. Autonomous and proactive person.
¤ Negotiation level of English and Spanish is required
