Job Description

MISSION

Within the ATR Procurement Division, and under the responsibility of the Head of General Services, the candidate will be responsible for negotiating and administrating Procurement activities for General Services and Corporate needs, with suppliers, in the financial and operational interest of ATR.

Corporate includes Finance, Commercial, Flight Safety, Quality, Legal, Environment and Procurement itself.

The candidate will be responsible for the main following tasks:

·  Lead and coordinate the activities of his/her scope of responsibility;
·  Managing procurement projects and call for tenders (RFI/RFP) within his/her portfolio;
·  Negotiating, establishing and implementing contracts/amendment/queries/remedies with suppliers;
·  Define and coordinate purchasing strategy of his/her scope of responsibility;
·  Contributing to secure and achieve ATR Savings commitments;
·  Produce economic dossiers for validation from ATR Executive Committee

ACTIVITIES / RESPONSABILITIES

The candidate will be accountable for:

·  Implementing, leading and/or supporting Multi-Functional Teams (MFT);
·  Leading the definition of procurement strategies of his/her scope of responsibility by providing benchmark analysis;
·  Negotiating contracts (economic/quality/logistics conditions) for the purchasing of Products and Services related to General Services and Corporate;
·  Working with the Legal Department to make sure that contracts comply with new legislative requirements;
·  Launching and coordinating calls for tender with relevant suppliers. In this context, responsible for selecting new suppliers, and signing contracts with the selected suppliers;
·  Managing and following up contracts: entering contractual data in the information system, following up amendments or contractual clauses (prices, performance, etc.) and handling queries with suppliers;
·  Ensuring compliance with the contractual conditions of the subcontracted activity: quantity, performance, quality, services, delivery deadlines
·  Coordinating actions between the suppliers and the various ATR departments involved in the process;
·  Supporting ATR General Services and Corporate departments in handling contractual and commercial difficulties;
·  Proposing and implementing a permanent continuous improvement plan (on Costs, Level of Services…);
·  Performing suppliers/marketing intelligence & sourcing strategy;
·  Identifying major risks linked to Public Affairs and Corporate activities, define mitigating actions and ensuring implementation in due time;
·  Developing a robust Supply Base to answer Internal Customers expectations
·  Delivering on initiatives contributing to ATR Savings;
·  Consistent communication/reporting to management;
·  Processing DAs into POs in respect of R processes and Ethics & Compliance rules;
·  Rationalizing ATR’s supplier portfolio while securing the service.

KEY SKILLS / KEY PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

·  You have a 5-year degree in business/commerce and at least 5 years of experience in similar functions within Procurement;
·  Ability to write contractual documents (a legal background would be an advantage);
·  You have a negotiation level in English and French;
·  Expertise in MS Office and SAP;
·  Soft Skills required :
