Purpose

Responsible for developing and executing the annual retail marketing calendar for the adidas Employee Store. Provides significant insight into the overall marketing and traffic driving strategy that result in increased sales for the Store. Builds strong relationships with key business partners and represents the Store’s business needs as they evolve and change. Partner with senior leaders and General Manager to develop annual marketing plans in support of new and existing products that drive traffic, conversation, ADS, UPT, and brand goals. Share and leverage data to improve invite content and delivery cadence.

Key Accountabilities

· Develop and execute marketing strategy and initiatives for off-site events and store events.
· Own and publish monthly marketing/invite calendar (including special invites, sales associate contest, in store events).
· Collaborate with cross functional teams, including Planning and Allocations, Creative, Merchandise Manager, Retail Operations, Corporate affairs, Community Relations, Internal communications, eCommerce, PR, Legal, and Marketing to ensure that planned marketing initiatives are thoroughly supported.
· Works closely with the employee store to proactively assess stores performance issues and develop retail marketing solutions to address, and partner to manage and track the retail marketing program on budget.
· Forecast, track and analyze invites, report results and make recommendations for adjustments to achieve goals.
· Partner with eCommerce team to effectively drive traffic through e mails and other online platforms.
· Manage the timelines, briefing and creation of commercial site and channel content, ensuring consistency with brand creative direction.
· Participate in the Creative Review process and leverage outputs to influence future executions.
· In coordination with Business Operations and Brand marketing, manage the timely execution of content delivery to the site to align with overall activation calendar.
· Manage internal resources and external agency partners as assigned.
· Communicates a desire to learn and seizes all available opportunities to drive own development and increase performance.
· Supports the creation of a performance culture in own store by setting clear expectations and targets, analyzing store performance, and holding team accountable by giving appropriate and prompt feedback, including actively managing poor performance.
· Coaches, motivate, and inspire team to accomplish goals and maximize their individual performance.

· Strong understanding of email planning and execution.

Qualifications

· A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related field.
· Minimum 3 years of eCommerce marketing experience, preferably with a sporting or consumer goods company or equivalent account management experience at an agency.
· Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for degree.
