Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Responsible for supporting HR, Business and Recruiting colleagues to identify candidates and support the Retail recruitment process from onset through offer.

Key Responsibilities:

· Drive the recruitment process including requisition approval, hiring manager briefing, job advertising, candidate sourcing, application review, candidates screening, interview strategy and offer process
· Leverage relevant adverting resources to create awareness and attract applications for roles within your area of responsibly
· Leverage candidate databases (internal & external) to identify prospective candidates to create awareness and invite them to apply for open positions including cold calling prospects
· Build and maintain a database of potential talent through active networking and relationship building
· Conduct weekly check-in with active candidates and hiring managers to update accordingly
· Participate in strategic resource planning meetings with business partners to understand current and upcoming requirements
· Support the recruiter in planning and gathering information as and when required
· Utilise recruitment systems effectively following key standard, documenting key actions and ensuring all data is accurate for reporting purposes
· Support with additional recruitment support and initiatives as needed
· To manage the coordination and delivery of monthly Retail Assessment Centres
· To act as the main point of contact for candidate queries
· Generate Ideas, innovations and new ways of working to improve efficiencies
· Ability to collaborate cross functionally on commercial projects where Talent Acquisition has direct involvement
· Exceed adidas recruitment service levels
· Exceed adidas candidate expectation guidelines
· Complete all administration including interview set up and candidate onboarding
· Self-motivated and has ability to manage time and resources effectively

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· At least 1 years’ recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
· Good understanding of recruitment best practice, demography and trends
· Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads in a fast pace environment
· Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to set clear goals and deliver into key objectives

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

· Previous experience of proactively sourcing candidates and managing assessment centres
· University Degree in relevant discipline
· Knowledge of the footwear, apparel, retail industry is a plus
