Key Responsibilities:

· Draft strong media briefs & lead the process of agency briefings, planning and benchmarking Digital Media plans for all campaign s as aligned with business objectives.
· Implement digital & social media marketing plans and ensure flawless execution
· Work closely with the agency on a day-to-day basis to ensure optimization of the campaigns both from an audience as well as creative optimization stand point.
· Ensure delivery of agreed campaign KPI’s which are in line with or exceeds industry standards.
· Drive integration across media to amplify all ideas through digital
· Conduct post campaign analysis and present findings
· Create and enhance cross department, Creative & Media Agency relationships that drive them to deliver exceptional performance with best effective ROI
· Ensure proper tracking and ad viewability of the campaigns
· Strategize, plan and execute all content marketing efforts in the digital space to have an always on approach on content and increase brand’s SOV
· Plan content creation and seeding plan to maximize reach and engagement for all campaigns
· Follow all the set protocols for approvals, documentation and budgeting in accordance with audit guidelines.

KPI’s:

· Execution excellence in digital and social media campaigns
· Campaign Optimization to increase efficiencies of delivery
· Quality of audience and sell throughs
· Managing vendor bills and on time payments to partners

· Creative & Media Agencies
· NTP & Finance Team
· Other external Agencies

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

· Solid understanding of the Digital & Media planning processes including benchmarking Plans, media costs, consumer segmentation, consumer journey and new media trends.
· Should have working knowledge of all digital media and social media tools like Comscore, GA, Double Click, Facebook ad manager, Radian 6, Sysomos, etc.
· Ability to work across multiple functions with exemplary cross-functional collaboration, resourcefulness and influencing skills

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

· Post Graduate/Graduate with a minimum of 4-6 years equivalent professional experience in Digital media. 2-3 years digital agency experience is a plus.
· Perfect candidate will have interest in Sports, an active participant or would have represented school/college in the field on play.
