- Work with Sales and Account Management teams to develop success plans and ensure a
seamless transition from Sales to Partner Management
- Help design and create the processes and initiatives that unlock potential and ensure
escalable growth for our business in Spain
- Help the company to develop strong relationships with key partners, providing: support
during initial onboarding, recommendations and advice around best practices, guidance
during new product/feature launches, and help resolving any product issues or concerns
- Communicate effectively and efficiently via phone and email
- Meet or exceed team KPIs and complete associated reporting
- Work with restaurant operations to implement process changes to maximize productivity

Desired profile

Requisitos:
·  - A 2 years of B2B partner management experience is expected, but we will consider
candidates with less experience if they meet other requirements
- Proven track record of partner management and consistently exceeding KPIs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuasively
communicate recommendations and effectively champion customer needs
- Have a competitive edge and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong use of insights and confidence around data-driven decision making
- Excellent organization, project management and time management skills
- Experience working in Customer support is a plus
- Proficient in Excel; Knowledge in Salesforce, JIRA and SQL are a plus
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
