We are currently recruiting for an organisation in Maidstone who is currently seeking a hard working and experience workshop supervisor who has a high level of Man Management skills who knows how to win people over.

Salary for this role is negotiable based on experience.

The responsibilities of this role are to;

·  Managing a small team of people

·  Managing the workshop and any hands on required work that is necessary (This is a company that requires you to do the roles as well as manage).

·  Managing the day to day organisation of the workshop in line with the warehouse and warehouse supervisor

·  Collating relevant paper work for jobs that need to be completed so some level of computer skills in necessary

·  Managing Targets for production

·  Flexible to work overtime to meet required work

This role is going to be suited to someone who is;

·  A people person

·  Experience in Supervisory/management

·  Be able to work practically

·  High level of attention to detail

·  High level of organisational skills
