Adecco are recruiting for a programme and admissions assistant to work within a prestigious university based on central London.

It is vital you have higher education experience, without this you will not be shortlisted for this role

Duties included:

·  To support the work of the Programme Delivery team, with some additional required support to the Admissions team, in all aspects of their administration of the programme

·  To take on additional, ad hoc administrative tasks when required with a positive, can-do attitude

·  Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends in September, supporting the Programme Delivery team with event delivery at Graduation

·  Tracking and updating student records in spreadsheets and sending reminders to students for overdue pre-work

·  Checking, uploading and applying appropriate materials on Moodle, the programme's digital learning platform

·  Requesting and giving information to new and prospective students, and dealing with the resulting queries, with supervision

·  Preparing student gift packs to be handed out at Orientation

·  Auditing and updating student records and admissions data

·  Supporting promotional and/or reception events, including Graduation and Module 1 in September

·  Additional programme and admissions related responsibilities as they arise

·  Other duties included
