Supply Chain Analyst

Position : Supply Chain Analyst

Location : Harlow

Salary/Rate : £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

Type : Permanent, Full time (8:30am-5:30pm)

Job Description

Adecco Harlow are excited to be recruiting for a Supply Chain Analyst on behalf of one of Europe's market leading companies; this dynamic client provides an environment that promotes many career and development opportunities. In this autonomous role, you will be supporting the internal Supply Chain Team and working in Partnership with a Globally recognised brand to achieve their high expectations and to keep the accounts running efficiently.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·  Ensure operational and customer excellence is the main focus at all times.

·  Be able to identify problems and solve them with your initiative.

·  Complete reports by set deadlines as part of weekly reporting package to Key Accounts.

·  Create and manage own product sheets to submit to Key Accounts.

·  Communicate with the Inventory Team to ensure ETAs are in place for products.

·  Liaise and build relationships with key customer, vendor & internal contacts.

·  Implement and complete processes within set time frames.

·  Ensure the company's legal requirements are met with respect to the purchase and transportation of goods.

·  Work with the team to log and resolve problems to create plans of action.

·  Complete task to support The Supply Chain team.

·  Daily management of group email inbox.

·  Achieve KPIS set by team manager.

·  Track deliveries to confirm arrival.

·  Manage calendar of public holidays, events and operating times.

·  Any ad-hoc duties as required.

Skills and Experience

·  Relevant experience within supply chain (desirable)

·  Excellent competency with MS Excel (formulas, graphs, pivot tables, v-lookups)

·  Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across all levels

·  Strong team-player

·  Able to identify issues and prevent reoccurrence

·  Ambitious, target-driven individual

·  Excellent numeric ability
