Service Administrator - Carlisle.

Adecco are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a successful local employer.

Due to continued success and grown we are looking for an exceptional Service Administrator to join our client's team.

The successful applicant will be joining a friendly and well-established company where growth and progression is provided.

Job Role

·  To provide Administration support to a busy service department.

·  Inputting data in to in house system.

·  Processing reports (to make them ready to be sent to our invoicing department)

·  Imputing / Processing of some time sheets and monthly wage reports.

·  Updating service records / schedules.

·  Supplying service documentation to customers.

·  Leasing with customers via telephone.

What they are looking for from you

·  A team player able to communicate across all levels.

·  Good level of customer service.

·  High attention to detail.

·  Able to work with minimum supervision and in part of a busy team.

·  Experience with in a similar role would be an advantage but not essential.

·  Working hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
