School Receptionist (Mondays & Fridays)

Location: Bishops Stortford
Salary: £10.00 Per Hour (Weekly Pay)
Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Mondays and Fridays

Adecco are looking for a School Receptionist to work for a Secondary School based in Bishops Stortford. The start date will be Monday 11 th November, and initially you will be required to work on a Monday and Friday each week.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the front of house receptionist, managing the customer experience for all visitors and staff, working at all times to maintain the highest levels of customer service.

* Provide support to customers across a variety of activities.

* Ensure the department is fully prepared for the start of each day, in terms of equipment/supplies and general appearance ordering supplies/ equipment/ stationary as required to ensure sufficient stocks are maintained at all times.

·  Manage the appointment arrivals board ensuring systems keep up to date and in good order.

·  Basic office duties such as; answering the telephone, filing, scanning, photocopying etc.

The successful candidate will have:

* Proven experience within a reception and office administration role.

* Accustom to prioritising and adapting to changing workloads.

* Work to very tight deadlines and targets, self-motivated and possess high levels of initiative.
