We are recruiting for our long standing client, a retail company based in the Medway area. We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working individual with experience working within retail.

You will be required to:

·  Have great customer service skills

·  Addressing and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner

·  Be able to work efficiently in a retail environment

·  Stock rotation and replenishment, restocking shelves

·  Merchandising

·  Working on the tills

·  Ensuring store floor is well maintained

·  Lifting heavy goods when stocking the store

Requirements:

·  Proven retail sales experience

·  Be able to work in a fast paced environment

·  Good communication skills

·  Exceptional customer service skills

Benefits:

·  £18,200K - £18,720K (dependent on experience!)

·  Overtime paid at time-and-a-half on Sundays when required

·  40hours - 5 days p/w (Working every Saturday)

·  Annual performance-related bonus
