Retail Assistant
Hedge End
Permanent
Full Time 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm, Saturday 8am - 12pm).
Saturdays are typically one in every 3 and if working a Saturday you will get a morning off during the week.

Responsibilities include:

- delivering outstanding levels of customer service

- engaging with customers in person and over the phone

- housekeeping within the retail store to provide a high standard for customers

- processing orders and answering queries around orders or products and services

- visiting client sites to check stock levels and deliver and replenish with stock

The ideal candidate will have:

- Proven customer service experience

- the ability to call existing customers daily to secure further orders

- a Full and clean UK driving licence (this is ESSENTIAL) to visit customer sites using company vehicles

- great IT skills and be able to operate various systems (stock systems and order processing systems)

- flexibility to cover shifts where needed
