Adecco Kendal are recruiting a receptionist/switchboard operator on a temporary basis for our client based in Kendal, this role will be full time Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.
Duties will include:
· Answering incoming calls and connecting them efficiently, ensuring callers are connected to the relevant department.
· Welcoming visitors to the company, ensuring all visitors are registered.
· Updating the HR software system and diary with reported absences and holidays on a daily basis.
· Managing and publishing the weekly diary entry system, site/mobile phone lists and fire safety documentation.
· Support all departments with any administrative tasks, and complete them in a timely and accurate manner.
· Co-ordinate meeting room bookings and refreshments.
· Deal with incoming/outgoing post including tech's post and technician stationery requests.
· To undertake other administrative duties as required by the business.
