Dispatch + Planning Adviser

Stockport - £11.14 per hour

Temp (18 months )

Hours

Mon-Fri between 7am-10pm

Sat & Sun 7.30am-10pm

Duties

� Planning journeys / routes for drivers who will be carrying out maintenance on site

� Using the in-house CRM system for planning and dispatch tasks (full training provided)

� Appointment planning - Scheduling engineers for appointments

� Providing updates and ETAs' for customers

� Delivering updates to drivers and keeping them informed of any route changes

� Handling inbound calls and queries + providing excellent customer service

� Liaising with other teams when necessary
