Here at Adecco we are currently looking for a Personal assistant to join one of our growing global clients based in Peterborough.

My client is currently looking for a PA to join them in a permanent position. Previous experience in a PA role is preferred. Although if you have a great work ethic, organised and customer focused you could be considered for the role!

This is a very busy role, so time management and planning are essential.

Duties will include but not limited to;

·  Diary management

·  Answering and making calls

·  Liaising with all aspects of the company

·  Dealing with emails

·  Proof reading brochures

·  Managing events alongside your team

·  Handling and redirecting queries

·  Booking travel and accommodation

·  Delivering great customer service

·  Assisting all departments of the company with administration duties

·  Dealing/assisting with the distribution side of the company

The desired candidate;

·  Fluent in English

·  Pay great attention to detail

·  Customer service focused

·  Passionate

·  Career driven

·  Knowledge of Apple software

·  Willing to travel overseas for exhibitions

Training will be provided.

Competitive salary of £20,000 - £22,000 depending on experience.

Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm.
