To be part of a successful growing team and assist in the daily operations taking care of all the administrative daily tasks. Must have a friendly but professional approach and be able to adapt efficiently in a busy office environment. Some experience in the construction industry is desired but not essential.

·  * Good IT skills - specifically Word and Excel

·  Answering telephone calls

·  Data Entry

·  Booking people in on the internal system

·  Process driven

·  * Can work in a fast paced environment, accurate and excellent attention to detail

·  * Excellent written and verbal communication skills - good spelling and grammar
