A well-established IT hardware supplier based in London are looking for enthusiastic operations administrators with a positive attitude and high attention to detail. If you are passionate in customer service, operations and administration we would like to hear from you.

Responsibilities include:

Providing administrative support to aid the day-to-day running of the business.

Data entry processing customer sales orders onto IT system.

Processing customer orders into DPD warehouse dispatch system.

Entering of invoices onto our accounting system.

Handling and answering inbound enquiries, e-mails and calls.

Helping customers with any enquiries that they may have.

Assisting logistics team with movement of stocks.

Assisting management in day to day activities.

Helping warehouse team whenever necessary.

Providing excellent customer service.

Ensuring tasks are dealt with accurately and in a timely manner.

Prioritising tasks according to importance and urgency.

Ensuring tasks and enquiries are handled end to end.

Required Skills:

Great organisational skills

High attention to detail

Well versed in ICT

Ability to learn fast and well

Customer-first attitude

Prioritisation Skills

Able to work effectively individually as well as in a team

Able to listen to and follow guidelines effectively

High level of communication via telephone and e-mail

Job Type:

Permanent, Full-time

Monday - Friday

9am-6pm
