Office administrator
Monday to Friday 9-5.
Good working knowledge of Sage 200 (email outlook), Excel, word
Entering and moving data onto excel data base and dispatching goods paying attention to detail.
Good verbal and communication skills.
To monitor and input data (warehouse picks) onto the work schedule
The ability to quickly adapt to changing demands and situations Take and distribute accurate messages
To locate stock on the stock the sage system
To liaise with members of the sales team regarding queries and picks and share information with Manager.
Ensure all computer related work is on time and accurate
To maintain close liaison with the warehouse Manager and keep him fully informed.
To ensure all paperwork is processed with 100% accuracy
To ensure transfer orders are processed within 8 hours of activation
