My highly sought after client are currently looking to recruit an experienced Office Coordinator for their innovative and fast past team/office in Bishopsgate London.

My client are market leaders in the technology space, and are known for being the fastest growing cloud-managed networking team in the world, with their products and technology architecture changing the face of enterprise networking and making cloud-managed IT a reality.

In this role, you'll own the front desk, serving as the first point of contact for all employees and visitors. Your thoughtful and get-it-done attitude will help you successfully coordinate vendors, respond to employee requests, and maintain office services for one of our 100+ person London offices. As an integral part of our Digital Workplace team, you will plan events and activities that reinforce our fun, collaborative culture and enhance our employee experience.

What you will do as the Office Coordinator:

·  Create reception and guest experience that is welcoming, personable, efficient, and secure.

·  Manage incoming calls, directing callers to the appropriate employee or team

·  Solve facilities tickets and support the Digital Workplace Help Desk

·  Space planning and new hire on boarding

·  Plan monthly events that bring staff together

·  Work with Facilities staff to keep the entire office space productive, safe, and orderly

Skills & Experience of the Office Coordinator:

·  You will be comfortable with standard business systems and software including: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Gsuite

·  Daily in all situations you will be personable, positive, and friendly

·  The Office Coordinator will be extremely organised with strong prioritisation skills, whilst focussing on delivering good customer service

·  You will work calmly under pressure and able manage a large variety of tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

·  Self-motivated, dedicated, and resourceful

·  Energised by solving problems both big and small
