Salary: Up to £28,000

Profile:

·  At least 1- 2 years of experience in a similar role as sales assistant or customer service - ideally in the luxury or furniture industry

·  English and Italian speaker - essential

·  Bachelor or master's degree

Role:

The role includes Customer Service activities and will be all about making sure every customer receives the very best service and support. The main activities will include answering customer's requests by phone and email, inserting sales orders and engaging clients in order to maximizing sales opportunities.

In addition the person will be responsible for:

·  Creation of periodic Reports.

·  Check & Monitoring on the orders.

·  Production Lead-time check and stock availability.

Skills:

·  Excellent knowledge of MS Office

·  Good tendency to interpersonal relationships

·  Teamwork

·  Problem solving

·  Confident approach towards maximizing sales opportunities
