Our client is recruiting for an Office Administrator for their environmental focused energy company. Our client is looking for a self-motivated and professional individual to join their growing team.

Duties of this varied role includes:

Administrator, Health and Safety, Human Resources, Training and Development, Contract Management, Finance / Budget and Team Management.

·  Provide administrative support to the business and supervise all aspects of office facilities management.

·  To deliver on financial performance objectives via effective Contract Management (e.g. Office supplies, janitorial, catering etc) and monitoring of spend (e.g. stationary).

·  To perform the duties of one of the dedicated fire wardens for the administration section.

·  Attend monthly H&S meetings and provide a contribution to all associated H&S discussions and actions.

·  Develop and maintain an electronic filing system for all RRR employees to archive HR related items such as: Holiday Requests, Sickness Self Certification, Employment Contract, Offers of Acceptance, Resignations, Disciplinaries, Pay Progressions and Health Insurance.

·  Organise agencies / advertising for recruitment and coordinate interviews, prepare offer letters and contracts for management review in co-ordination with HR.

·  Assist in disciplinary and grievance procedures in co-ordination with HR.

·  Assist management in establishing office policies & procedures.

·  Update training records & individuals' qualifications within the designated electronic database for RRR. (Inductions, Driving Licence, Competency Certificates).

·  Assist the Learning & Development team organise mandatory training (e.g. Hotel Bookings, Flights and Car Hire if needed).

·  To assist in the implementation of actions arising from audits.

·  Assist in the continued upkeep of the document management system.

·  Monitor the appearance and cleanliness of the offices and meeting rooms to ensure that standards are maintained across all areas including management of notice boards.

·  Organise catering for meetings involving external parties / visitors / guests.

·  Managing post/couriers - Distribution of incoming mail & arranging postage/collection of outgoing mail/franking machine topping up.

·  Lead or assist in the organising of Corporate Social events.

·  Assist in the provision of monthly updates on variation of budgets to date and forecast spend to end of year.

·  Assist in developing key performance indicators to demonstrate the status of the objectives and department functions.
