Adecco are delighted to be recruiting for a HR Officer to join North Wales Police to work as part of a proactive and responsive HR team, providing clear, consistent and outcome focused advice. You will be working amongst a team of 16 professionals on an exciting change project headed up by North Wales Police.

You will be providing HR support, and will need a background in HR with relevant professional knowledge of HR policies and procedures, employment law, change management and TUPE procedures.

Successful candidate will also have experience of delivering HR projects to deadlines and developing strong stakeholder relationships.

MINIMUM CRITERIA FOR THE ROLE:

·  Associate Member of CIPD (equivalent to previous Licentiate), or possess equivalent amount of previous relevant experience and be willing to attain Associate Membership to the appropriate level within a specified time period.

·  Previous HR experience at a level commensurate with this role, to include experience of working with Senior Managers, resourcing and performance management.

·  Structured interview trained, or be willing to attend such training within an agreed timescale.

·  Evidence of ability to monitor service level agreements and manage performance against SLAs.

·  Evidence of ability to generate and implement innovative solutions to improve business processes and undertake continuous improvements.

The post will be for a minimum of 6 months.

Monday - Friday office hours. Primarily working from home with the flexibility to meet your line manager for weekly one to one meetings in North Wales.
