An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of HR candidate, the company is based In Newbury and it is a permanent opportunity.

The role is paying up to £54K for 35 hour week and the client requires an experienced HR manager / Head of HR who has led & managed a team, this is an essential part of the role and will involve developing and guiding the team. Ideally you will have a minimum of 10 years HR experience and two years managing a team and the experience required is Operational not strategic.

The company have many divisions and include educational and commercial so will require a range of HR skills.

Please note this role is suitable for someone who has Operational and Management experience. You will will be responsible for managing a HR Team therefore previous Management experience is essential.
