Our respected client based on the outskirts of Lincoln is looking to recruit a HR Advisor to join their friendly team on a full time, permanent basis.

Key duties will involve:

-Providing an efficient and effective HR advisory service including grievances, disciplinary, absence and TUPE.
-Monitoring attendance, supporting and advising management, monitoring performance
-Providing advice on terms and conditions of employment and HR policies and procedures
-Recruitment advice
-Establishing relationships on all levels
-Attending meetings where necessary

The ideal candidate will:

-Have an extensive background in a HR advisory role and will be educated to Degree level or equivalent
-Be CIPD qualified (Level 5 and above)
-Have the ability to work in a forever changing environment and be flexible when dealing with these changes
-Have excellent attention to detail
-Be a strong influencer and negotiator
-Have up to date knowledge of UK Employment Law
-Be able to give examples of how they have worked to deadlines on complex projects

Free parking is available, holidays, pension and a free gym on site. This role will be Monday to Friday 40 hours per week.
