Our client are requiring a motivated individual who shows initiative to perform well in a small team.

Daily duties will include:

·  Organising applications for various departments

·  Scheduling interviews that correlate with appropriate departments diaries

·  Referencing applicants

·  Providing feedback, both positive and negative

·  Arranging training, important dates & meetings and ensuring this is present in new starters diaries

·  Ensuring all files are appropriately dealt with and organised

·  Liaising with other offices to make things more efficient for other staff

·  Various administrative tasks

This role is temporary with the opportunity of being made permanent, with a view to start immediately.

Salary is dependant on experience.
