Requirements :

·  Experience within working within Sheltered Schemes

·  Knowledge of welfare benefits

·  Full valid Driving Licence due to travel

Duties:

·  Communicating with residence

·  Dealing with compliance checks

·  Completing risk assessments and inspections

Location: Benfleet/ various locations - Travel is essential for the role

Salary: £9.50 to £11 per hour

Working days: Monday to Friday

Working hours: 39 hours per week

Duration of contract: Ongoing
