HOUSING OFFICER

ISLEWORTH

MONDAY- FRIDAY 8.45AM- 5PM

3 MONTH ASSIGNMENT (Possibility to be extended)

£15.93 HOURLY RATE

ASAP START

Required to manage a designated patch and casework related to rent arrears recovery, tenancy management and anti-social behaviour cases. The successful applicant will be responsible for their own patch of residents, working with them personally, visiting them in their homes and building lasting relationships as their main point of contact.

MAIN DUTIES:

·  Managing tenant rent arrears

·  Managing Anti-Social behaviour

·  Carrying out estate inspections and arranging communal repairs

·  Managing tenancy issues and supporting tenants to sustain their tenancies.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

·  Experience of Housing management

·  Experience of Housing arrears management

·  Experience of Temporary Accommodation or Anti Social Behaviour management.

·  Excellent Customer Service skills
