3 MONTH TEMPORARY ROLE WITH POTENTIAL OF BEING ON-GOING

£16.81 PAYE-£20.69 UMBRELLA P/H
FULL TIME
A LOCAL AUTHORITY WITHIN CROYDON ARE LOOKING FOR A CANDIDATE WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
· Assisting with investigating, resolving and responding to formal and informal complaints and enquiries regarding the service delivered by the Responsive Repairs Section
· Helping to develop and maintain a system for producing comprehensive management information about enquiries and complaints to Responsive Repairs.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
· Candidate must have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
· Experience in handling complaints in a formal manner
· Local authority/ Housing Association experience is essential
· Very fast paced and high volume of work
