Job Description
The Helpdesk Officer will be part of a customer facing Helpdesk team supporting internal and external customers with queries and issues regarding a wide range of property services.
They will respond to enquires via the telephone, email and online systems on a range of topics including building maintenance, facilities management and any other property issues. They will maintain records on the Helpdesk system and take appropriate action to deliver solutions to the customer.
