Adecco Recruitment are working with a well established client based in the heart of Croydon recruiting for a Administrator to join their team!
You will be starting at a exciting time as the company is growing FAST! This role is crucial to the success of the business and Adecco are looking for a experienced Administrator ideally with experience in the Healthcare Sector.
Key Duties:
· Collating reporting information that will be used by Managers to implement
· Reviewing the records of clients including care plans, service users feedback and risk assessments to ensure all details are accurate, filled out appropriately and correctly.
· Liaising with internal and external agents including clinical staff surrounding the client to update and maintain records accurately
· Auditing grammar and sentence structure of reports
· Report back to Management to update changes
· Working in accordance of GDRP and Data Protection
Essential Skills:
· Full knowledge of office 365
· Advanced knowledge of Word - being able to manipulate tables in documents, create professional looking forms & templates.
· Good telephone manner and good reading & writing skills.
Location: Croydon
Salary: £20,000PA - £23,000 DOE
