Great opportunity for Graphic Designer role, on a 12 months fixed term contract with a very successful company.
Key Responsibilities/Role
· Covers a very diverse range of packaging solutions in retail, food & drink and e-commerce areas.
· Applying clients branding and creating branding and logo development to various packaging items
· Creating digital proofs for clients approval/amendment and transferring those to print ready artwork for suppliers
· Strong skills in layout, colour & typography essential
· Knowledge of print procedures and restrictions that go with various processes is critical
· Product photography for both media platforms and company website
· Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects on a daily basis
Skills
· 2 years commercial design experience using graphic software in a similar environment
· Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, excellent knowledge of Illustrator & photoshop is critical
· Experience in design for print with a working knowledge of Litho, Flexo & screen print processes
· Exceptional communication skills, verbal, written & visual with clients, colleagues & suppliers
· Proven ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure whilst keeping an eye for detail and accuracy
Full time Mon-Fri 8.30am - 5pm.
