Adecco Reigate are seeking candidates to join a reputable company in Redhill. You will be working as part of a team, dealing with inbound calls from customers and answering enquiries.

Previous experience in this type of role is not necessary. We are looking for candidates that can relate to people from a variety of backgrounds. You will need to be customer-focused and passionate about helping people, but full training is provided. This is the ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to move their skill set into an office environment and join an organisation where training and progression is readily available.

You will be trained to:

·  To receive incoming and make outbound calls to customers - helping with their enquiries

·  To amend information as passed on by the customer

·  To explain procedures to customers; answer questions and provide information

·  Handle each call in the correct manner and have the ability to relate to people from a variety of backgrounds

·  To take ownership of issues raised and follow through each query to fruition

·  To ensure customers have a great experience

Shifts are:

·  Week 1 - Monday - Friday - 8am to 2:30pm

·  Week 2 - Monday - Friday - 12:30pm to 7pm + Sat 9am to 2pm

·  Week 3 - Monday - Friday - 9am to 5pm

·  Week 4 - Monday - Friday - 9am to 6pm

You will be required to work 2 Bank Holiday's a year and will be financially compensated.
