Engineering Safety Team Administrator

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a world leading engineering rail company currently interested in hiring an Engineering Safety Team Administrato r to join them ASAP .

·  Location: Westferry, London

·  Pay: £10-£15 p/hour

·  Type: Temporary

·  Duration: 12 Weeks

·  Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

·  Basic report checks - consistency with sample report, spell check

·  Checking though eB document references in reports and highlighting to the author where bad references have been cited, where there is a mismatch between the cited document title and title on eB, or the cited version does not align with that on eB

·  Updating tracking spreadsheet (Excel)

·  General admin activities as requested by Engineering Safety Manager

Skills:

·  eB experience (highly desirable)

·  Microsoft Excel/Outlook/Word (proficient)

·  Good general communications skills
