Executive Assistant to Head of EU
A pharmaceutical manufacturing is now looking for an EA to join their team as they have had leaver, they are looking for an excellent communicator as you will be managing senior stake holders and the president of the business for Europe. An organized individual who understands that confidentiality is key in a role such this, a candidate who can juggle a work load and maintain their calm, please see below for a full list of responsibilities;
· Act as Executive Assistant to Head of EU Business of Aurobindo
· Support EU Head in preparation and review of proposals and presentations
· Diary/ Calendar management
· Coordinating review meetings/calls including tracking action items.
· Support EU Business Head and other Management Team members in Travel Bookings/ Expense claims etc
· Drafting of internal communications /emails letters
· Filing and archiving of various documents (hard copy/electronic)
· Minuting of various meetings and tracking action items
· Co-ordinate for various external events and meetings
· Undertake analysis of EU subsidiary operations against key performance parameters/milestones and present Management Reports
· Tracking of deliverables of subsidiaries on Business Plan and Financial Results (Yearly and Quarterly)
· Coordinating review meetings/calls including tracking action items.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 -17:30
Salary: 30k - 35k
