Digital Print Supervisor

Adecco are recruiting right now for a Digital Print Supervisor for one of our key multi-national corporate clients in Manchester working within a busy print environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within reprographics using software such as Adobe and Fiery .
Candidate Responsibilities:
· Knowledge and experience of working with a range of digital print and print finishing equipment.
· Implements and supports best practices to drive client satisfaction.
· Day-to-day interface with account key contacts, guiding the clients' requests regarding daily activity.
· Work closely with immediate manager to share information regarding account to improve practices.
· Coordinates training of new team members when required.
· Support and Maintain a fleet of MFD devices.
· Drive further business from customer through consultative sales approach
Candidate Requirements:
· Strong digital print and software experience.
· IT Skills including knowledge of Adobe Packages & Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· A customer-focused approach, exhibiting a pro-active and confident attitude to drive business.
· Good time management skills and a flexible approach to working hours.
· Able to manage multiple tasks.
· Excellent communication skills.
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Pay rate: Competitive - based on experience (£21,000 to £24,000)
