Customer Service Assistant

Hedge End, Southampton

Temp to perm

£10.00 per hour

37 hours per week

We are currently looking for a customer service assistant to join a growing team in Hedge End.

The right person would be able to start ASAP.

Key Responsibilities include:

*Offer support and assistance to customers and colleagues.

*Respond and deal with customer complaints appropriately.

*Make decisions based on the customer request

*Completing some administrational tasks that come with the job, admin, deliveries, stock and quotes

*Shop maintenance, keep shop floor clean and tidy.

Must haves:

*Able to plan, prioritise and organise workload.

*Excellent communicational skills

*Good attention to detail

*Electrical experience

*Trade Counter experience

*Training will be provided.

*Have a driving license, this is not essential as the location is easily accessed by public transport.
