Customer Service Advisors
Temporary - £8.72 per hour - Cheltenham based
Our online retail client, are seeking temporary customer service advisors to assist during their busy Christmas period.
They are operating on 3 shift patterns.
· Days - 7am - 3pm
· Evenings - 3pm - 11pm
· Nights - 11pm - 7pm (Shift premium)
This is a full time role. Working 5 days a week which will include weekends, so flexiblity is key.
Key attributes and requirements:
Customer enquiries & returns
· Answering customer enquiries and taking phone orders
· Manage customer enquiries through our contact us page
· Working with suppliers to provide customer enquiry resolutions
Order Processing
· Processing customer orders
· Creation of postal labels for despatch
· Management of direct sales enquiries
Candidate Attributes:
· Customer Service experience (1 year)
· Flexible to work a range of shifts if possible
· Reliable
· Hard Working
