Sales Administrator

Based in Kingswinford

£21,000 - £22,500

Permanent Position

Full Time

Duties Include but are not limited to:

·  Maintaining and building strong customer relationships

·  Internally managing Key customer accounts, entering their orders, producing reports to send to the planners in Poland, chasing any out of stock items with the planners keeping the customer informed of any items we cannot supply on time

·  Communications with customers and external sales team.

·  Taking control of the Sales UK e mails entering any orders that may come in this way and answering any queries or passing on enquiries

·  Taking an active role in the development of the customer service function.

·  Producing back order reports for key customers keeping them informed on out of stock items

·  Taking incoming calls and making outgoing calls to customers.

·  Undertaking assignment work to improve customer service standards within the sales function.

·  Liaising with both UK and Polish warehouse, planning and operations in support of query resolution

·  Keying of orders onto sales system.

·  Handling & resolving queries, inc. order backlog, credits

·  Develop strong knowledge of products

·  Maintaining good communications with key customers.

·  Support the external Sales team in the development of sales opportunities.

·  Covering the phones and entering orders when required

·  Providing cover for distribution administration during holiday periods.

Skills/Experience Required:

·  An appropriate competency in job skills and knowledge including good command of the English language and Mathematics

·  Willingness to learn product range

·  Flexible approach to work in order to meet deadlines

·  Uses available resources effectively

·  Demonstrates initiative and personal motivation

·  Keen attention to detail

·  Displays an understanding of how the job relates to others within the team

The above role is based on a permanent full time position. Hours of work are Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM with 1 hours lunch.
